RETURN POLICY
Compressed Air USA offers returns within 30 days of delivery on new and unused items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns on hazardous materials, lubricants, flammable liquids or gasses.
Please Note: Federal Shipping Regulations prohibit the shipment of equipment once it has been gassed or oiled
Special order, custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
CANCELLED ORDERS
Only orders that have not shipped yet may be cancelled.
Cancelled orders are subject to a credit card fee if payment has been received.
If delivery of purchase is refused (and the refusal is not due to damage) the purchaser will be responsible for any additional shipping costs if applicable.
REFUNDS
Once a return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.
Refunds may be subject to a credit card fee and/or restocking fee.
Shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, which may be several business days.

Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
