RETURN POLICY

• Compressed Air USA offers returns within 30 days of delivery on new and unused items.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.
  
• We do not accept returns on hazardous materials, lubricants, flammable liquids or gasses.
• Please Note: Federal Shipping Regulations prohibit the shipment of equipment once it has been gassed or oiled
• Special order, custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

CANCELLED ORDERS

• Only orders that have not shipped yet may be cancelled.
  
• Cancelled orders are subject to a credit card fee if payment has been received.
• If delivery of purchase is refused (and the refusal is not due to damage) the purchaser will be responsible for any additional shipping costs if applicable.

REFUNDS

• Once a return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
• Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.
• Refunds may be subject to a credit card fee and/or restocking fee.
• Shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
  

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank.
• There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, which may be several business days.

• Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
